If a project is cancelled before work has begun, a partial or full refund may be considered after deducting administrative or processing charges.
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

Delayed or Abandoned Projects
If the client fails to provide required information, approvals, or feedback for an extended period, the project may be put on hold or closed without any refund.
Resuming such projects may require additional charges.

Required payments are not made on time
The project involves unlawful or unethical activities
In such cases, no refund will be issued for work already completed.
Changes to Scope
Any changes or additions to the original project scope may require revised timelines and additional charges. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
Non-Refundable Services

Digital marketing campaigns
Video and animation services
are non-refundable once work has started.
